We cater for all, from first timers (we supply all
the equipment if required) to the most experienced fishperson who may
be targeting specific species.
THE BOAT
"MADELINE MAY" is a "PROCHARTER" 35', built by "OFFSHORE 105", WADEBRIDGE, CORNWALL.
She
is a purpose built charter fishing vessel incorporating a Live Bait
Tank, Ice Box(To keep your catch in prime condition), Traditional Stern
Drive, 355bhp "CUMMINS" Marine Engine, Planing Hull with keel and fully
equiped Wheelhouse (INCLUDING TEA & COFFEE MAKING,). She is capable
of 33 knots plus and is perfectly suited to all forms of Sea Fihing,
being extremly stable even in testing conditions.
She
has the latest safety and navigational equipment being fully licensed
and insured to carry 12 passengers, with a code of practice to aalow
operation up to 60 miles from Safe Haven by day or night. The skipper
is fully qualified to the same standard and has a lifetime of
experience of sea fishing.
FALMOUTH
The
Madeline May Fishes out of Falmouth Port, from "CUSTOM HOUSE" Quay,
which is centrally located alongside one of the town's main car parks.
Falmouth
being the third deepest natural harbour in the world is a perfect
location for fishing.It offers vertually unrestricted fishing at all
times of the year, with water at all states of the tide and protection
from almost all winds. However in the unusual situation of bad sea
conditions dictating that it would be unsafe to go into the open sea,
fishing can still continue in the 120' depth of water found within the
river.
SPECIES
The main target species will be Bass, Bream, Cod, Coalfish, Conger, Ling, Pollack, Ray, Shark and Turbot.
TO BOOK A TRIP
You
may book a full charter for any number up to 12, where you can
stipulate your target species and type of fishing required or book for
any lower number of persons on one of our mixed charters. For bookings
