Description:
The Blue House will be completely refurbished for 2010 to a 5 Star standard.

Enter through the front door to a hall with slate flooring. The open plan lounge / diner will be equipped with leather sofas, stylish arm chairs, flat-screen LCD TV with SKY Plus, DVD Player, Playstation and wood-burning stove.

The modern spacious kitchen will be fully fitted with all appliances including dishwasher and washing machine. It will feature a glass ceiling, granite worktops, quality cabinets and a heated slate floor.

To the rear of the kitchen is a cosy courtyard. This is a real sun trap and will have a beach feel, with outdoor lighting and a table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Upstairs, the luxury family bathroom will feature a slate floor, deep bath, power shower and WC. Quality soaps and towels will be provided.

Bedroom one will be a comfortable twin bedded room looking out to the front of the property whilst the second bedroom, also with twin beds, looks onto the courtyard at the rear.

The top floor will become a spectacular new master suite with a king sized bed and en-suite shower room. Quality bedding will be provided.

For those with young children there will be a cot and high chair at the cottage. The complimentary use of high-speed wireless broadband will be included.

Unlike many waterside Cornish towns, Flushing remains something of a secret to the majority of tourists - the village is much quieter in holiday season than towns such as Mevagissey, St Ives and Padstow. Because of this parking
is generally not an issue, with plenty of spaces in the immediate vicinity and a small car park at the end of the street.
